I started this business because I kept seeing the same problems play out over and over again in the IT industry — and I wanted to do something about it.
After 10 years working in IT and as part of managed service provider (MSP) companies, I noticed a pattern that bothered me.
Clients were being sold bundled service packages filled with things they didn't need. Licensing was tracked poorly — or not at all. Environments were disorganized, documentation was nonexistent, and businesses were paying for services that weren't actually delivering results. When something went wrong, it was reactive and chaotic instead of handled with a proper process.
The clients on the receiving end were typically small and mid-sized businesses — organizations that didn't have internal IT staff, didn't always know what questions to ask, and trusted their IT provider to do right by them. Too often, that trust wasn't being honoured.
I started Artemis & Apollo because I believed there was a better way to deliver IT services — one built around honesty, clarity, and actually giving clients what they need rather than what's easiest to sell.
The name reflects that ethos. No fluff, no bloated contracts, no services bundled together just to inflate a monthly invoice. Just practical, well-organized IT support that does what it's supposed to do.
I focus specifically on Microsoft 365 and IT security for small and mid-sized Canadian businesses — because that's where I have deep expertise, and because these are the businesses that most need a provider they can genuinely trust.
